We tried this mix when we were working in West Virginia and I knew I was hooked. Best taste! So easy! It turns out perfect every time. Now that we are home in Texas, I order it. As long as they make it and sell it, I will buy it! Try it..you won’t regret it!

Simply the best real Appalachian Corn Bread

Many unscrupulous people will sweeten your corn bread and not your tea. They are not to be trusted. I am an appalachian corn bread expert with 66 years experience. I have a 100 recipes but when I found Teays Valley, I threw them out. Just enough sugar to allow for good browning, but not sweet at all. Just the way corn bread should be.
